Paid toll in the Czech Republic by Ariscard

The toll is applied to vehicles with maximum permissible weight over 3,5 tons.

The electronic toll system in the Czech Republic uses modern microwave technology, which does not affect the environment. Satellite GPS positioning technology provides for the transport geolocation; GSM/GPRS technology provides for transmitting data between the On-Board Unit and other information systems within the ETC system; Microwave DRSC technology checks toll payers within the process of toll collection enforcement. The payment is collected via the on-board unit.

The payment for a separate section starts from the moment the transaction is completed - the record of the vehicle passage under the gates, and the amount of the fee depends on the emission class, number of axles and vehicle category.

  • Refundable deposit for 1 on-board device – 2468 CZK
  • In case of loss or damage - the deposit is not refundable
  • Paid toll in the Czech Republic is not subject to VAT

2. Logpay Card – pre-payment only (topping up the OBU)

  • The precondition for issuing an electronic device (on-board unit) is prepaid credit of at least CZK 1,000
